KRÓLIK Bin Handling System is a container logistics system for continuous harvesting without downtime and with automated feeding and removal of boxes in the orchard.

KRÓLIK Bin Handling System is a modern container logistics system designed to optimize fruit harvesting in commercial orchards.
It ensures a continuous flow of empty and filled bins between harvesting machinery and storage areas.
The system enables container exchange directly within the orchard rows, without stopping the harvesting process. Empty bins are delivered to the harvesting machine, while filled bins are immediately transported back.
Up to 8 containers can be moved per cycle (4 empty and 4 filled), significantly increasing operational productivity. A full exchange cycle takes approximately 2 minutes.

The auxiliary cart is permanently connected to the harvesting machine and acts as a buffer system: empty containers are stored on the upper level, while filled containers are placed on the lower level.
The Z-4 trailer delivers empty containers to the system and collects filled ones, ensuring uninterrupted workflow.
