STAR 1800 PLUS hazelnut harvester

The 1800 PLUS combine harvester is a machine suitable for use with any type of tractor. It is ideal for harvesting hazelnuts, chestnuts, almonds, walnuts, olives, macadamia nuts, coffee and all types of fruit that fall to the ground.

Suitable for medium and large farms and can be used on wet and sloping areas. Harvesting is done mechanically, unlike traditional suction machines that use a front brush. This contributes to a significant reduction in fuel consumption (working at 1200-1300 rpm) and dust emissions.

The machine must be mounted on the three-point hitch of the tractor, at the front or rear. It is equipped with a hydraulic support that allows it to be adjusted from the ground, and a mechanical front collector. The brush can also be driven by a PTO shaft at 540 rpm or 1000 rpm, or by a hydraulic system consisting of an oil tank, gearbox, pump and radiator.
