Nut shelling and grading line
The line consists of two parts: equipment for shelling nuts and equipment for calibrating cleaned kernels. The system provides a full hazelnut processing cycle – from feeding in the shell to sorting the finished kernel by size.
Specifications:
The process: harvested clean hazelnuts are loaded into the hopper, after which they are transported by a conveyor to the shelling machine. Next, the product goes to a vibrating table, where an air flow separates the shell from the kernel. The cleaned kernels are then sent separately for further processing or calibration.
